Scope of Work:  The upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure a single proponent or consortia group under the control or management of a primary vendor, with background knowledge, skillset and current experience to supplement SaskEnergy’s project team in completing the implementation of OpenText’s InfoArchive platform.

The proponent will work with SaskEnergy’s project team, key support personnel and users to apply a best-practice approach and will be responsible to implement an ‘on premise’ solution.  SaskEnergy is looking to use Opentext InfoArchive platform to transition and archive the Human Capital Management (HCM) information from our JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment, and potentially other systems.   The scope of work will include but is not limited to: system setup and technical environment and platform integration, as well as project implementation services such as configuration assistance, conversion, and development of go-live plans and new operational processes and training.  The Change process may also be leveraged to do additional Statements of Work with the Proponent for follow up assessments, services, integration and configuration over the term of the Agreement.
