Shand Power Station requires the design, fabrication and delivery of a total quantity of twenty-eight (28) two types/sizes of Boiler Panels.

NOTE:

FABRICATION AND/OR WELDING SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL CODE OF CONSTRUCTION WITH ASME 1. THE SUPPLIER OR MANUFACTURER SHALL CERTIFY THAT THE MATERIAL AND FABRICATION ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORIGINAL CODE OF CONSTRUCTION WITH ASME 1.  WELDING REQUIRES INSPECTION BY AN AUTHORIZED INSPECTOR AND SHALL BE FABRICATED BY AN ORGANIZATION HAVING AN APPROPRIATE ASME CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION. THE ITEM SHALL BE INSPECTED AND STAMPED AS REQUIRED BY THE APPLICABLE SECTION OF THE ASME CODE. A COMPLETED ASME MANUFACTURER'S PARTIAL DATA REPORT SHALL BE SUPPLIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.  NDE TEST REQUIRED.  CERTIFIED TEST REPORT REQUIRED.  TUBE TO BE CONTINUOUSLY MARKED BY SUPPLIER WITH SPEC/GRADE/HEAT#/MANUFACTURE/SIZE.
