This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of providing Clinical Advisor/Consultant services related to Urgent Care Centers (UCC) and the Clinical Advisor as further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of Health is seeking proposals to assist the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) in developing a Service Delivery Plan (SDP) designed to meet the unique community need for two new Urgent Care Centers, which will be located in the cities of Regina and Saskatoon. Additionally, the MoH is seeking clinical expertise to objectively provide advice, support, and recommendations on items that impact patient care and may be decision points for inclusion or exclusion in the various projects.
