Sealed tenders for the construction of Meadow Lake Affordable Duplex, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Meadow Lake Native Urban Housing Corporation, 208 - 3rd Street East, Meadow Lake, until 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, December 19, 2019.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Meadow Lake Native Urban Housing Corporation.

Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Saskatoon Construction Association.

There will be a site review meeting on site on December 10 at 1:30 p.m.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will only be accepted from qualified contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to sub-contractors.
