The Town of Outlook is inviting interested parties to provide a tender for heating maintenance and inspections at all Town of Outlook facilities and buildings in the form of an annual service contract.

The scope of work includes monthly furnace, boiler, and crawlspace inspections and reporting at the Town Hall Complex, Public Works Shop, Recycle Depot, Water Treatment Plant, Jim Kook RecPlex, Mid-Sask Building, Outlook Civic Centre, and Health Centre Cottages (located behind the Outlook Hospital).

In addition to inspections please include the cost of regular maintenance supplies and filters for all furnaces at the aforementioned locations in the quote.  A full list of proposed duties can be found in the "Additional Information" section.
