SYNOPSIS:

Submission of Tender for one “3/4 Ton Truck” will be accepted by the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 until 10:00am on Friday, March 31st, 2023 (local standard time).Tenders will be received in a sealed envelope clearly marked “3/4 Ton Truck” and addressed to:

As an alternate, Tenders will also be received by email clearly identified as “3/4 Ton Truck” in the subject line to rm127@sasktel.net. Tenders must be received by the RM by 10:00 am Friday, March 31st, 2023 (local standard time) and the RM is not responsible for late transmission or errors in email functionality either by the RM or the suppliers submission. It is recommended you confirm receipt of submission directly with the RM by calling 306-245-3256.

Important Notice: If you are dropping off the Tender in person, please know that we are in transition of moving physical offices/shops.  We recommend emailing or calling ahead at (306)-245-3256 to ensure acceptance of your submission on time. Please refer to the attached document for further details. 

The lowest priced tender, or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.  The Tender evaluation criteria will be determined at the discretion of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127.The evaluation will be based on the ¾ Ton Truck that provides the best value to the municipality.

There will not be a public opening. Specifications, requirements and related information pertaining to the tender can be found in the attached document.
