1. Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the following work:
Construction of a new Emergency Generating Plant and related demolition of existing facilities as described in the Contract Documents.

2.As we are currently dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic globally, for this requirement the SHA will accept e-mailed submissions, as there are visitor restrictions at our sites. It is the contractor’s sole responsibility to ensure that your submission is received prior to the closing date and time
if you chose to submit electronically.
After submitting electronically, you should receive an email that it was received. If you do not receive this email contact the SHA Representative via telephone to confirm that your bid was received.
The SHA will not be held responsible for proposals that are not received before the closing date/time.
All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address:
SHABidSubmissions@saskhealthauthority.ca . Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; ie. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP.

3. Bids must be emailed to, and received by, SHA Procurement Representative at the email address
above and arrive before 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time), October 29, 2020 Packages to be labelled
or email subject line to contain response to “Lloydminster Hospital Emergency Generator Plant
ITT-174-10-20”.
