1.1 Invitation to Proponents This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatoon Public School Division (“SPSD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of fire systems inspections, testing and verification, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
