This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA")  to prospective proponents to submit a proposal for the upgrade of existing Boiler controls at Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital, as further described in the (Appendix A).

In addition, the scope includes the design and supply of system configuration, installation of all equipment, programming of all necessary control logic and operator interface design and creation, field testing, and commissioning of controls equipment and systems. Also, preparation of a catalogue for all the existing control end devices is required along with a recommendation for the replacement of the obsolete devices.

A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled as follows;

         a) The Regina General Hospital
                   Date: February 2, 2021.
                   Time: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

         b) The Pasqua Hospital
                   Date: February 2, 2021.
                   Time: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Site Visit Instruction:

a) All proponents are encouraged to attend the site visits in order to familiarize themselves with the worksite and the true extent of the work.
b) Proponents are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting their proposal.
c) All bidders that plan to attend the site visit are required to pre-register for designated time slots to ensure the safety of all proponents.
c) Site tours will be conducted in groups of 4-6 to help maintain physical distancing when proponents are within the site. A maximum of two people per company is allowed to attend; the names of both attendees must be registered prior to the site meeting.
d) All proponents MUST wear face coverings that meet the Health Canada requirements during the site meeting and all necessary PPE requirements.
