The Work consists of removing the existing asphalt liners for each cell and replacing them with a new concrete liner structure. The concrete liner structure installation includes: reshaping the existing clay subgrade, installation of a geosynthetic clay liner, installation of a compacted clay layer, installation of a non-woven geotextile, installation of a base course and reinforced concrete. Concrete repairs on existing cell bypass channels are also required as well as relocating an existing clay and heavy grit stockpiles on the site.

A tender contained in a sealed envelope and plainly marked "ITT No. 20-0112" will be received up to 2:00:59 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Friday, March 13, 2020.

Each Tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, as security, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tendered price.

The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company.

An optional site meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. SK Time at the Bio Solids Handling Facility Site Office, located at the intersection of Township Road 382 and Range Road 3050 in the RM of Corman Park, 8 km north of Saskatoon off of Highway No. 11.  Meet outside of the North 40 site office area.  PPE: Hard Hat, high vis vest/clothing, csa approved footwear, safety glasses must be worn.
