2025 Oakshela Grid Clay Capping Invitation to Tender

Sealed tenders marked “R.M. of Elcapo No. 154 – 2025 Oakshela Grid 1.6 Mile Clay Capping” will be

received up to 10:00 A.M. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, the 6th day of August 2025:

The use of Subcontractors will require written approval from the RM prior to tendering, as this may affect the RM of Elcapo receiving grants.

Intent of this Tender call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete the recognized areas of 2025 R.M. of Elcapo No.154 Clay Capping for Unit Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents. 
Perform Work within time stated in Form of Tender – Schedule No. 1. 
Initiate Work with of receipt of notice of Contract award time stated in Form of Tender and as weather permits.
