Selective demolition of portions of existing school building at Project location.

Installation of relocated portable classroom Project location.

General construction of link between existing building and portable classroom structure.

Work is identified as South Corman Park Relocatable Classroom Addition, 1760 Baker

Road East, Casa Rio, SK and Project No. 23.048.

A mandatory site meeting for Contractors in conjunction with Owner and Consultant will take place beginning at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, the 15th of May, 2024.

Parties are instructed first to assemble at the principal entrance of Venture Heights School, 801 6th St N, Martensville, SK SOK 2T2. This is the location of the portable building to be relocated.

Parties will then travel to 1760 Baker Road East, Casa Rio, SK S7T 1B5. This the destination of the portable building and Place of the Work.
