This RFP is issued by the City of Warman (the “City”), hereafter referred to as the ‘Client’. The Client is seeking to retain a consultant to design three separate concepts for review by Mayor, Council, and Administration, to expand City Hall in its current location, this contract does not include detailed building plans for permits.
