The City is accepting submissions from qualified Vendors interested in providing Design and Construction Management Services for the 2019 Street Improvement Program (SIP). The program will involve design, tender document preparation and administration, construction management, construction inspection, supervision, layout, and contract document preparation and administration, as well as other related tasks deemed necessary to complete the program.
