Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder.

Description of the Work: Assorted interior and exterior renovations and improvements.

Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders.

There will be a site review meeting on site on Wednesday, September 18th at 11:00 a.m. This review is not mandatory, but staff will be available for questions and clarifications on site. Contractors are to meet at Cumberland House Housing Authority Office on Cook Avenue. Once you enter Cumberland House, turn right on the 2nd street. There are no street signs or addresses. LSHA Housing Inspector Brad Sander at 1.306.961.1899 will be answering questions on site.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
