This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Saskatoon (the “City”) to prospective engineering firms (“Proponents”) to submit proposals to provide Design Services for the Waterworks Program – Existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Backyard Project  (the “Project”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at saskatoon.bidsandtenders.ca. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system.
