SaskEnergy requires consulting services to assist in:

·     Conduct reviews and inspections of the Fall Protection Requirements for our roof systems on our buildings throughout the province in accordance with applicable regulations, codes and standards.

·     Conduct reviews and assessments of the Fall Risk Management Plan to manage roof level fall risks in order to provide compliance to regulatory requirements.

·     Conducting a baseline assessment of the roof systems on our buildings in order to determine replacement and repair priorities.

·     Developing and implementing an ongoing preventative maintenance program for our roof systems in order to maximize roof system performance and minimize lifecycle costs.

·     Provide consulting services to assist in the development of any roof replacement tenders, roof repair tenders and or fall protection tenders.

·     Act as the project manager on the projects.
