The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified and experienced service provider to perform the collection and disposal of waste from single family residential dwellings in Indian Head Saskatchewan for a period of 5 years, with the ability to extend the contract for an additional 5 years.

Submission may be either sealed and delivered to the MPE Engineering office or sent by email to saskatoon@mpe.ca. Sealed Submissions must be clearly marked with proponent’s address, closing date, and project name with the words “PROPOSAL FOR CURBSIDE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL FOR THE TOWN OF INDIAN HEAD, SK” on the front of the Submission package. Emailed submissions must have the words “PROPOSAL FOR CURBSIDE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL FOR THE TOWN OF INDIAN HEAD, SK” in the subject line of the email submission. The submission must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, November 15, 2018.
