This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of the Young Worker Readiness Certificate Course, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety (LRWS), Employment Standards Branch is seeking a Service Provider with online training experience to host, develop, maintain and provide help desk services for the Young Workers Readiness Certificate Course (YWRCC) program. The online version of the YWRCC and its registrant database is currently hosted and maintained by an external Service Provider. The contract with the current Service Provider expires on September 30, 2025, and as such, a new contract is needed to ensure continued service delivery to young workers. LRWS is also seeking additional course administration support and enhancements to modernize the course.
