This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Highways (Ministry), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Grip Step Rolling Ladders. This equipment will be used as de-icing platforms for aircraft at the Ministry’s Northern Airports as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
