SaskPower is accepting applications to qualify prospective respondents for participation in a subsequent invitational second-stage competitive process  to provide general construction services for Phase 1 of the Logistics Warehouse Complex which will include site earthworks, roadways and the deep and shallow infrastructure across the site. Buildings in Phase 1 include a logistics warehouse which will house storage and administrative and testing functions, a cold storage building, a material staging building, a fleet vehicle management services building, and all associated yard spaces.  Also included as part of the construction services are an outdoor wood pole yard, security and finishing landscaping.
