It is the intention of the Legal Aid Saskatchewan (LAS) to contract with the Change Collective to assist in the implementation of one of our strategic planning projects – reviewing current state client file management and standards and supporting the development and implementation of a future client file management and standards.

The Change Collective assisted in the development of the new strategic plan for the Saskatchewan Legal Aid Commission and is familiar with our operations and strategic goals. They are currently leading a project to review the client intake process.

The Change Collective is able to provide services that meets LAS’s requirements for this procurement, as described in the attached.
