This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of The Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (RBE) and The Board of Education of the Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81, the collectively known as “the Owners”. The Owners are seeking to retain the services of a Prime Consultant and team for the new Project #5 - Harbour Landing West Joint Use Elementary School (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The Successful proponent will be responsible for architectural and engineering services related to the successful design and construction of a new K-8 joint use elementary school.   This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (RBE), and The Board of Education of the Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 as “the Owners”.

Regina Public School Division (RBE) # employs in excess of 2,000 staff members and is responsible for the operation of the public-school system in Regina with an enrollment in excess of 24,000 students and operates 52 schools.

Regina Roman Catholic School Division #81(RCSD) employs 1,250 staff members and is responsible for the operation of the catholic school system in Regina with an enrollment in excess 11,850 students and operates 32 schools.
