This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Prime Consultancy Services for the new Holmwood Joint Use High School (HJUHS) in Saskatoon, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Successful Proponent will be responsible for Prime Consultancy Services for HJUHS for Saskatoon Public School Division No. 13 (SPSD) and Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Divisions No. 20 (GSCS). This Project will be collaboratively executed between The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) [the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement on behalf of the Ministry of Education], SPSD, and GSCS, collectively known as “the Owners.”
