The Town of White City in the Province of Saskatchewan is now accepting bids from qualified firms to complete the work pertainig to Betteridge Road Upgrades - Phase II, as described in the attached Issued for Tender (IFT) Design Drawing Package and Contract Documents. 

The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a roadway surface project, located in the Town of White City for a Civil Works contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.  The works include the horizontal and vertical realignment of Betteridge Road between White City Drive and Emerald Park Road and the adjustments to the existing sanitary forcemain and construction of a new culvert crossing at Chuka Creek.

As per the attached Issued for Tender (IFT) Design Drawing Package and Contract Documents:

• Offers signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received by theTown of White City at:
  • 14 Ramm Avenue East, White City, SK S4L 5B1 .
  • Before 14:00:00 local time on the 16th day of April, 2021.
  • The time piece at the location for receiving bids shall be the only measure for the exact time.
• Offers submitted after the above time shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
• Offers will be opened privately after the time for receipt of bids.
•  Amendments to the submitted offer will be permitted if received in writing with date-time prior to bid closing and if endorsed by the same party or parties who signed and sealed the initial offer.
