Sealed envelopes containing Bids clearly marked “Rural 44 Waterline Project (Phase 1) Water Supply and Treatment – E-K Raw Water Pipeline Twinning” shall be received by AECOM Canada Ltd. by email to Saskatoon.Reception@aecom.com before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on February 11, 2021 from successfully qualified bidders.

Only electronic Bid submissions will be accepted.

The R44 Waterline Project consists of four Contracts:

• Contract A – Town of Eston Water Treatment Plant Upgrades (AECOM)
• Contract B – E-K Raw Water Pipeline Twinning (AECOM)
• Contract – Rural 44 Water Pipeline System (SAL Engineering Ltd.)
• Contract – Rural 44 Pumphouse (SAL Engineering Ltd.)

The work for this Contract generally comprises of:

• River Wells to Snipe Lake – Raw Water Pipeline (300mm Steel – 1.6 km)
• Adjustment of appurtenances and miscellaneous associated work.

Copies of the electronic Bid Documents can be obtained from the offices of AECOM Canada Ltd., 200 – 2100 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK, S7H 0V1, on or after January 21, 2021.

Bids should be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to Rural 44 Water Pipeline Utility.  Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.

This Project is partially funded by the Government of Canada through the Canadian Strategic Infrastructure Fund (CSIF).
