This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Prime Design Consultancy services for the design, development, and execution of a new high school located in Pinehouse, Saskatchewan (“the Project”) as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The successful Supplier will be responsible for Prime Design Consultancy services for the Project. The Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education, SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) and Northern Lights School Division (NLSD), collectively known as “the Owners”.
