Saskatoon Public Schools (SPS) is the largest school division in the province. We operate 47 elementary schools, 10 secondary, one k-12, one associate and one alliance school. We serve more than 27,000 students and employ more than 2,600 staff.

SPS is requesting proposals from qualified companies for the supply of sports and physical education equipment on an as-needed basis.  The request is for supply and delivery to each school within the division. Contract start date: August 1, 2023.

Questions are to be submitted in writing to the RFP contact name and email address noted.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Submissions will be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time, April 25, 2023 by **Email Only**, as described in Part 1, Section 1.5 of the RFP document.

INTENTION TO RESPOND:
Proponents are asked to complete the Intention to Respond Form included below and return no later than April 12, 2023.

NEW SUPPLIERS/CONTRACTORS TO SPS:
New suppliers/contractors who wish to bid on this RFP and have not yet supplied to or worked with SPS are asked to complete the "Supplier Certification Application Form" found on the SPS website at https://www.spsd.sk.ca/division/publictenders/Pages/default.aspx and submit with their completed proposal.
