This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Applicants to provide Submissions for the provision of Chaplain Services for the Regina Provincial Correctional Centre, as further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The Ministry of Corrections and Policing, (MoCP), is seeking up to three (3) Chaplains to provide services, as required, for incarcerated inmates to meet their spiritual/religious/cultural needs. There are three (3) positions available with varying hours: two (2) positions with up to 20 hours per week each, and one (1) position with up to 32 hours per week. Applicants will have an opportunity to state which position(s) they are interested in on the application form and GOS will award the positions to the top-ranked Applicant for each position.
