SaskTel is requesting bids for the replacement of the roof system at the
main radio building at its tower site near the town of Caron, Saskatchewan.

The work in brief includes the partial removal of the existing roofing system
and the installation of a new pitched roof structure with metal cladding.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

SaskTel will consider multiple criteria when determining the successful vendor
for this opportunity, including the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the job.

All Bidders are invited to attend a meeting prior to bidding.  A general meeting and
site walk-through will be held on:

Place:  Entrance - Caron Radio building near Caron, Sask

After the walk-through, Bidders shall be deemed to have thoroughly investigated
the Work site(s) to inform themselves of all local and other conditions, difficulties
or problems which may affect their tender prices. Bidders may at this time ask
any questions regarding the tender.
Bidders will be responsible for the accuracy of measuring areas.

Participation process:

Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing
tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete
the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. 
Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able
to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with
SaskTel must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel
as the first step in the registration process.
