The work consists of repair and upgrades to Living Unit 4 (excluding windows) inside Prince Albert Provincial Correctional Centre as per specifications and drawings.

Secure electronic bids will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (formerly the Ministry of Central Services), until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, September 2, 2021 and will be opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Bids must be submitted via e-mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Arrangements for distribution of the packages will be coordinated with each interested party upon request via email. Printed copies of the bid packages will not be provided for this process.

General Contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to documents being issued.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
