This Request for Quotes (RFQ) invites proposals for a pole shed to be built to store heritage tractors at the Western Development Museum - North Battleford, located at #4 Highway 40 in North Battleford, SK. The Proponent is encouraged to use their previous knowledge and experience to develop a quote to meet this request's intent. Scheduling the work should consider the criticality of managing the installation during Museum operating hours.

This scope of work is not intended to be all-encompassing and complete. The Quote should expand on the scope of work with a listing of work activities and specific materials that the Proponent would undertake for a complete project. After the contract award, WDM, in consultation with the successful Proponent, may refine the project requirements if needed.

The Proponent is responsible for acquiring all permits necessary to complete the required work as the WDM is zoned as commercial.

The overall size of the metal-clad pole shed will be 20’x204’.

• Height of the front wall will be 14’
• Height of the back wall will be 12’
• The back wall, end walls, and roof will be sheeted with tin.
