Tractor Tender for the Rural Municipality of Norton No. 69

Front Wheel Assist Tractor with Flex Arm

1.   Submission of tenders will be accepted for a new Tractor by the Rural Municipality of Norton No. 69 until 12:00 P.M.  April 22, 2020.

Tenders will be received by email clearly identified in the subject line “New Tractor Tender – Confidential Proposal – RM of Norton” to:

                                rm.69@sasktel.net

Alternatively Tenders will be received by mail clearly marked “New Tractor Tender – Confidential Proposal – RM of Norton” and addressed to:

                                RM of Norton No. 69, Box 189, Pangman, SK. S0C 2C0

Tenders will be accepted no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, April 22, 2020.

Tenders received later than the time specified will not be accepted regardless of the post mark date or courier delivery schedule.

The lowest priced tender or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The Tender Evaluation Criteria will be determined and weighted at the discretion of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Norton No. 69.  The evaluation will be based on the tractor that provides the best value to the municipality. i.e. Service Cost, Resale Cost and Cost of Ownership based on 10 yrs.

The opening of tenders will take place April 22, 2020 1:00 p.m. at a Special Meeting of Council which has been scheduled.
