Tenders shall be for the provision of major upgrades to the Town of Foam Lake sewage pumping station (SPS) and the construction of a new forcemain.

A mandatory site meeting for prospective bidders will be held at the Town of Foam Lake Office on February 27, 2020 @ 13:00 CST.

Supply and installation of one below grade drywell structure complete with above grade building.
Supply and installation of HVAC systems for drywell, building and wetwell.
Supply and installation of two submersible pumps in a dry configuration complete with specified instrumentation and controls.
Supply and installation of specified electrical equipment.
Supply and installation of all process piping, fittings, valves, instruments and appurtenances as required by the Work and shown in the drawings.
Supply and installation of backup natural gas genset complete with associated ventilation and venting appurtenances.
Supply and installation of approximately 920 m of 250 mm diameter HPDE forcemain.
Supply and installation of inlet structure at the lagoon end of the new forcemain.
Supply and installation of underground piping to connect the pump discharges to the forcemain.
Supply and installation of underground piping to extend water service to the new drywell building, complete with a backflow prevention device.
Pressure and leakage testing for all piping, valves and appurtenances.
Supply and installation of a bridge crane and lifting davit assembly.
Supply and installation of stairwell access into the drywell.
Decommissioning and removal of existing pumps, piping and appurtenances.
Decommissioning and removal of existing electrical systems.
Demolition and removal of existing building.
Replacement of existing wetwell top slab.
Replacement of existing wetwell access ladder and safety platforms
System commissioning and the provision of record drawings and operation and maintenance manuals
