The Lloydminster Catholic Separate School Division No.89  Board of Education, together with the Ministry of Education, are inviting submissions for the provision of Architectural and sub-consultant services for the Project #9 - Holy Rosary High School Addition and Renovation Project in Lloydminster, Alberta, which was announced as part of the Six Major Capital Stimulus Projects on June 23, 2020.

The Lloydminster Catholic Separate School Division No.89 operates 6 schools serving the city of Lloydminster and surrounding areas in Alberta and Saskatchewan.  The City of Lloydminster has a population of more than 30,000 and has both Saskatchewan and Alberta residents who attend their schools.  Holy Rosary High School is the largest school and only High School in the Separate School system.
