Supply and Maintenance of Office Multi-Function Printers -- 206-2020-06
The Board of Education of Prairie Spirit School Division No. 206, as represented by PSSD, is requesting Proposals for the Supply and Maintenance of Office Multi-Function Printers (see Appendices D, E and G) in accordance with conditions stated herein. Through this Request for Proposal the PSSD seeks to:
- Select the successful Proponent.
- Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract.
- Determine costs for each year of the term including any extension years.
The term of Contract shall commence on Sept 1, 2020 and shall remain in effect until August 31, 2023, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. Upon agreement of both parties the contract may be extended for one (1) additional year for a total Contract length of 4 years.
