Description of the Work:  Work includes removal of approximately 612m² of inverted BUR roofing and 
installation of SBS roofing. The roof area is actively leaking and this work need to be done 
immediately.

Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from 1080 Architecture, Planning + 
Interiors or may be viewed on SaskTenders and at the Saskatchewan Construction Association offices.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the 
tender and a Consent of Surety.

Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Site Examination

Contractors wishing to visit the site prior to tender close must make arrangements with the School Division by contacting Teresa Korol at teresa.korol@spiritsd.ca.

1         Please be advised that masks must be worn in the school and parties attending are 
responsible for their own masks.
2         No one will be allowed to enter if they have been out of the country and back in Canada 
for less than two weeks.
3         No one who is feeling unwell or carrying flu like symptoms will be permitted into the 
space.
4         Social distancing is to be maintained during the walkthrough.
5         Use of hand sanitizer or hand washing will be required upon entering and exiting the 
facility. 
6         Contractors visiting the site will meet at the front entrance of the school.
7         All companies are required to provide assurance that all employees entering a Prairie Spirit building during school hours have provided their employer with a visual proof of vaccination or a weekly approved negative COVID-19 test result.
