Gravel Tender 2020

The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is accepting Tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 17,000 yards of Road Gravel for the 2020 year. Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality from two separate pit locations.

The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing for primary and secondary weights, attach “Letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB, a list of truck/trailer units to be used and References if available.

The municipality has the right to randomly weigh any or all of the loads.

Longest haul 20 miles, Belly Dump only.

Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. March 3rd, 2020, Tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on March 4th, 2020.

The Municipality reserves the right to refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality further reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on a past working history with a contractor.
