Provide unit costing before taxes for each product listed within Appendix B and (Furniture Plans – Areas & Phases of Work Drawings for College West URI Reno – F0 to F10) for design layout, detailed specifications and the required quantities and corresponding furniture requirements.

Renovation for URI will be in 3 phases (Phase 1 CW 019.5, Phase 2 CW 127 and Phase 3 CW 109). With the project being in 3 phases receiving of the furniture will have to be phased in as well. Dates of furniture delivery and installation are tentative as construction schedule permits. As it stands right now, furniture for Phase 1 would be tentatively end of February, Phase 2 March or April and Phase 3 July of 2021.
