Northwest School Division #203 is requesting pricing for the next three (3) years on the following estimated volumes of fuel required per year:

#7 Maidstone 70,000 litres 5,000 litres

#8 8,000 litres - Bulk delivery of 15W40 engine oil to NWSD garages in Meadow Lake and Turtleford

#9 6 – 205 litre barrels of extended life engine antifreeze

- Contract is for 3 years commencing date of acceptance until June 30, 2022

- Any or lowest tender not necessarily accepted

- Contract may be cancelled at any time a vendor is unable to provide fuel (e.g. product shortage or machine/card malfunction)

- In order to provide a basis for pricing, please submit what your price would have been on June 30, 2019

- may be a discount from pump price (include pump price)

- Please quote taxes separate from tendered price
