This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses to prequalify to submit a more detailed proposal in the invitational second-stage competition for a manufacturing partnership to provide custom Traffic Guidance Equipment, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).
