This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Trade and Export Development to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for a program review of the Saskatchewan Commercial Innovation Incentive (SCII) Program (Patent Box Program).
The SCII Program is a provincial corporate income tax reduction to 6% on revenue generated from commercializing Intellectual Property (IP). Its objective is to retain and attract established companies to commercialize their IP in Saskatchewan.
