The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) invites qualified HR consultant firms to submit proposals for providing Human Resources (HR) support services to assist our member rural municipalities. The selected consultant(s) will help address HR challenges. 
 

SARM represents 296 rural municipalities across Saskatchewan. Our mission is to support municipal governments by providing resources, advocacy, and expertise. Member municipalities face diverse HR challenges, including recruitment, retention, compensation analysis, policy development, and compliance with labour laws. This RFP seeks to engage one or more experienced HR consultancy firms to provide tailored solutions to these challenges.
