The RM of Mayfield No. 406 is accepting tenders for the loading/hauling/spreading of approximately 20,000 yards of crushed gravel from two different pits; one within the RM and one approximately 18 kms outside of the RM.

Tenders must include:

$ per yard3/km, $ per yard3 for loading, $ per yard3 for spreading, any additional surcharges or mobilization charges, equipment listing, expected start and completion dates, Sask WCB current letter of good standing and proof of liability insurance.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.  Tenders will be accepted until noon June 5, 2020 and reviewed at the regular council meeting on June 10th, 2020.  Incomplete tenders will not be accepted.  Tenders must clearly state "RM 406- Gravel Hauling Tender" and be submitted to:
