PROPOSALS will be received at the office of the R.M. of Eye Hill No.382 until 10:00 am Local time Wednesday, March 4, 2019, for the supply and delivery:

300 tonnes of HF 150P Seal Coat Oil with Anti-Strip
40 tonnes of SS1 Tack Coat

delivered to the Village of Denzil, SK

Tenders will be closed at the office of the R.M. of Eye Hill No.382, located in the Town of Macklin, Sask. at 10:00 am local time Wednesday, March 4, 2019.

 Method of delivery for tender proposal: in person to R.M. of Eye Hill office located in the Town of Macklin or by email or mail to P.O. Box 39, Macklin, SK. S0L 2C0 or by Fax (306) 753-2304.

Note: The Rural Municipality will order HP 150P-AS oil based on availability, delivery schedule, asphaltic characteristics and price. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
