This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Ministry of Environment (ENV) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of Revegetation Assessments and Habitat Restoration Planning Services, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

The intent of this RFSQ is to have a registry of prequalified suppliers that GOS can use to efficiently and effectively acquire revegetation assessments and planning services. The services required will be provided by industry specialists or subject matter experts that can provide advice or solutions to help GOS achieve program objectives.

Respondents are invited to provide submissions, in accordance with the terms, conditions and proposal response format as specified in this RFSQ, for the pre-qualification of one or more of the following categories of services as further described in the RFSQ particulars (Appendix A – the “Deliverables”):

1) Linear Feature Revegetation Assessments and Habitat Restoration Planning Services
2) Area-based Feature Revegetation Assessments and Habitat Restoration Planning Services
