Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of Cisco Equipment

*Note: There will be two documents to download for the RFQ Submission.

Bidders are to complete the Pricing in the excel workbook - APPENDIX 1, save and submit a quote on the following: including this completed RFQ form (in PDF format).

Instructions to Bidders:

Substitutions are not allowed.
All hardware and equipment to be NEW, not refurbished, not used.
Vendor is required to be a certified Cisco Partner.
All quotes to be provided in Canadian Dollars $CAD and shall be the total cost to SIGA including all applicable taxes, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other applicable charges.
The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
For questions relating to a product, please reference the line item # for your inquiry.
Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote and details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.

New products only from a certified distributor, with Manufacturers’ Warranty.

The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
