1.1. Sealed tenders will be received at the office of:

until 2:00pm Saskatchewan Time., on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The Tenders will be opened at a later date by Owner & Consultant.
1.2. Tender Documents may be obtained by interested General Contractors from Prakash Consulting Ltd., Prince Albert, SK., upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 per set. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the Tender Documents in good condition within 14 days after opening date. No deposit is required of qualified subscribers to the SCA Plan Deposit Fund.
1.3. Tender Documents may be viewed at the Offices of the Consultant.
1.4. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Security Deposit and Consent of Surety.
1.5. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
1.6. A mandatory site walkthrough will be provided on March 20, 2024 at 11:00am.
•All contractors must notify the Consultant by email or their intent to attend the site walkthrough.Minimum 24hr prior to noted time.
