This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA) to prospective proponents to conduct a review of all roof systems located at 20 Campus Drive, Saskatoon, SK (Saskatoon Cancer Center) to assess condition of roof systems in order to project capital replacement and repair requirements and Prioritization of recommended remedial roof work. Develop fall protection requirements assessment and associated capital costs in accordance with applicable Codes, Regulations and Standards further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”)
Proponents are advised that this Project will be performed adjacent to and within an active healthcare environment and continued patient care and treatment must be maintained. As such, all relevant safety procedures, as detailed in this RFP, must be observed at all times. The successful Proponent will be expected to work after hours to complete a certain portion of the assessment.
