This Invitation to Tender(the “ITT”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Commercial Flooring and Building Contractors to submit bids for the project to upgrade the stairwells of the Office building located at 2550 Sandra Schmirler Way, in the City of Regina, Saskatchewan. The work in brief involves the removal and replacement of the flooring and stair treads throughout 3 stairwells in the building. As well, the painting of the walls and ceilings of 4 of 5 and painting of steel railing in 5 of 5 stairwells. There is a Mandatory Site meeting and Walk through for this project. The intention of this ITT is to have the stairwells upgraded on the noted floors of the building so they are functional, ready for occupancy; and brings best value to SaskTel. SaskTel will consider multiple criteria when determining the successful vendor for this opportunity, including the organization's ability to meet the requirements of the job.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
